Search www.kisancenter.in on google. Scroll down and search the product. Click on the product you want
to purchase. Select quantity and click on Add to cart >Go to cart >Add WhatsApp number >Enter OTP(Add
delivery address>Make payment.
How can I pay for my order?
We support the following payment options.
Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)

I have placed the order. When will the product deliver?
The product delivery time is in between 4 to 6 days pan India.

How do I check the status of my order?
1)Click on whatsapp/Text on customer support number.
2)Send order id to support number.
3)you will find your product tracking id and tracking location
How can I get my order delivery faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we
are offering such service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from
our end.
How do I cancel the order, I have placed?
You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status by contacting our
customer service center. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the
payment was made.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it. You can contact our customer support Number to modify the shipping address.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 2-4 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe wallet balance then, then refund will be instant post order cancellation.
Why am I asked for entering OTP while placing the order?
Kisan Center's security policy requires you to enter OTP while placing the order to ensure that no one else can access your account after you have discarded your mobile number and it is assigned to someone else as per government policy
Why do I need to provide WhatsApp number to place an order on Kisan Center?
By providing your WhatsApp number you can get updates regarding your order. we recommend adding your WhatsApp number to your account as it will allow you to easily communicate with our service center.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order.
